Yes, that's a screenshot of a Google search about "Salt Fork State Park" between the dates of April 19, 2013 and May 3, 2013. What does that have to do with my roof, installed by Mark Harrison and United Roofing?

When water began pouring into my garage o April 19, 2013, I texted Mark to come take a look. He only communicates by text message, though I always call his office and cell phones as well.

Despite repeatedly telling me that he or someone from his crew would come to our house, nobody came until mark came on April 29. He claimed he was on vacation (why this would have precluded someone from his crew coming is anybody's guess) and that he had witnessed a four-wheeling accident where three people were killed. He told my wife that two people were killed, a mother and a daughter. While rubbernecking the accident he went over a bridge into a river and had to swim to shore. He was so banged up and mentally distraught that he was unable to work and therefore look at my leaking roof.

A story as fantastic as this surely would have made the new, right? Me, being an interwebs kind of guy, naturally ran to Google news to read more. A mother and daughter die in a freak four wheeling accident in a state park and it doesn't garner a single news item?!? Hmm...

This is just one vignette of dishonesty in my dealings with United Roofing.
